Best Friend Card

Best Friend Card
Here is my last example of using the heat embossing technique (for now). Once I make the perfect card using this example I will definitely share! There was a bit residue left over but I still heated the embossing powder anyway. This is such an easy technique, but I might not have the best patience for this.

    1. Thank you so much! I love those little beads. I saw someone else use beads as an accessory embellishments, and lucky I had some extra clear beads!

  2. Another fab card.

I am so intrigued by some of the embellishments you use. The string of little square blocks, these are so unusual and very attractive. Before my eyesight deteriorated I did a lot of cross stitch and have pots of this type of bead but I have never thought to use them this way, what type of glue do you use?

    1. Thank you so much! The string of square blocks are so awesome. They're plastic and very easy to work with. I wouldn't usually use something like that (color and shape) but I felt I could use them for new things. For the beads, I used Clear Gel Tacky Glue and the glue gun. First I would put little dabs of glue using the hot glue gun and place the beads in clusters. Then, I would use the Clear Gel Tacky Glue and basically just glue on top of the beads. It dries clear so I add as much as I think is necessary.
